Some Sad News
It is with much sadness, to announce that Patrick Keast, our Society’s well-loved, long-standing member of the Bass section, Committee member and Treasurer, has passed away after his long, unforgiving and courageous battle with Covid-19. Pat will be greatly missed by those who had the pleasure of knowing and singing with him and whose lives he touched. At some stage, who knows when, we will all sing again and mark Pat’s passing together as a choir.

We are following the latest Government guidelines and, much to our regret, we had to cancel our concert in March. In line with current Government policy, their next review being May 7th, we are finding it difficult to plan when our next performance will be. Hopefully, our proposed July concert may go ahead, however, with possible limited rehearsal time and reduced choir members who may still be shielding, we will be required to follow updated guidelines. Hopefully, we will hold our Christmas concert, assuming that under Government restrictions we can meet and reduce social distancing. We are also planning a full set of concerts for next year, should we be allowed, and would like to thank our audience for their continued support. We will keep you informed of any changes. Keep safe and we will see you sometime in the future.

We welcome you to our Website and hope that you find it informative and easy to navigate.
